In Memorium:
On October 30, 2016 we said goodbye to our beloved Monkey Girl Sister ROXY. We will miss her ebullient personality, her love of long walks and her excitement play with a water hose. She was a true cuddle bunny who make bedtime an adventure with her kisses.

The Formerly Known As Wicked, henceforth known as Monkey Girl… Sister… Roxy, is at home on the Island.
On 29 February (and Leap Day was totally appropriate) we met M.G.S.R. and her Foster Mom, Dee from Texas Wire and Smooth Fox Terrier Rescue .
We had already seen her pictures and knew what a cutie she is but we were not quite prepared for what the next few days would bring.
However, we made it through the chaos and found pure love. Roxy is probably the most loving dog I have ever known. She is brimming with energy, curiosity and always ready to give a kiss… or a bath if one is so inclined!
If you have never adopted a rescue dog, please consider doing so. Your live will be the better for it and you will make a special friend for life!
